In reply to: [Redux Framework] Spam pluginThe issue was with WP Mail Logging’s implementation of Redux. They were doing it incorrectly. I personally fixed it for them. It will no longer be an issue. I don’t see the reason to give us one star, however. It’s not our fault.
Okay, well, as long as it’s working again. I do have to tell you per the guidelines policies of this forum, if the theme is a premium one in which you paid for, support requests MUST go to the theme author. They’d be the ones to have to look into it. If they determine it’s a Redux issue, then they’d have to file a support request with us. That’s just how it works on here.

Are you using metaboxes in your theme?
Since I do not have access to the theme, and since we are not permitted to offer support for premium themes here, I’m afraid you’ll have to go back to the theme developers. It is their work and their responsibility to debug it. If THEY determine the issue is with Redux, then they can file a report with us, including the required information, and we go from there. Sorry. Those are WordPress-based errors. Redux does not generate them. There is some issue with your WordPress installation, probably a permissions issue. You’ll need to contact someone in the WordPress support forums.

Second, I loaded up Elementor without issue. If you are using the Pro version of Elementor, you must go to them for help as it is a premium product. WordPress forbids postings of that nature here.

In reply to: [Redux Framework] Critical error on this website.I am unable to recreate this issue. It’s part of the Appsero SDK, which we did not write. There are no updates for that code or issues filed describing that problem. I am unsure of what may be causing it. What theme are you using? Have you tried loading Redux with a different theme? I would disable the current theme you are using and activate the twenty-twenty-one theme, and then activate Redux and see if the issue continues.

Okay, that doesn’t tell me what version you are using. If you downloaded it last week, then it’s a different version. Does it also happen on a live site? I need reproducible conditions. Does it happen on multiple systems in multiple environments? Are there any PHP errors in your error logs? Are there any warnings in the console log?
