In reply to: [Redux Framework] Redux framework E_ERRORI need specific Redux version information, please.

In reply to: [Redux Framework] Meta boxesAlso, please download and install this beta version, version 4.3.11.3 (https://github.com/reduxframework/redux-framework).

In reply to: [Redux Framework] Meta boxesIt’s more a warning than an error. There are no calls in the Redux plugin (as of 4.3.10) that use that deprecated function. Please look in your errors logs to determine the name of the file and the line number and paste those back.

In reply to: [Redux Framework] Meta boxesAdditionally, there is sample code for metaboxes in the “sample” folder.
This issue was resolved through email.
@webredox – That is something I have fixed and will be in the next release. You can get that beta release here: https://github.com/reduxframework/redux-framework
But that’s not what I asked for.
I asked if you can personally reproduce the issue and what the specific steps are to recreate it. Me logging into someone else’s site doesn’t mean I can edit code on the fly or view error logs (that’s information you should gather for us so we can provide better support). I would appreciate it if you could have this information ready, and if needed, a copy of the theme so that I can attempt to reproduce the issue on my end. If I have to login to this person’s site, I will need admin access and also need admin FTP credentials.
You’ve not given me anywhere near enough information to look into this. Have you been able to recreate it personally? At a minimum, I would need a copy of your theme and the exact steps to recreate the issue.
Monolit is a premium there. Per the guidelines policies of this forum, if the theme is a premium one in which you paid for, support requests MUST go to the theme author. They’d be the ones to have to look into it. If they determine it’s a Redux issue, then they’d have to file a support request with us. That’s just how it works on here.

In reply to: [Redux Framework] Update Breaks MyHome theme layoutYou will have to report this to the theme author and they will have to determine why. If they discover the issue is with Redux, they will have to report it to us with the required data. Per WordPress guidelines, support for ANY premium product via the forum is not permitted. Good luck!

In reply to: [Redux Framework] Unable to Access This PageA user without the proper permission cannot access an options page. That is by design. Have them access the admin page directly (www.yoursite.com/wp-admin) without any additional parameters on the URL. Anyone attempting to logon using a URL that points them to the options panel without the appropriate permission will see a “unable to access this page” message.

In reply to: [Redux Framework] Any light version planned? For the record, it was Dovy who took Redux down that path. Then he sold it to Extendify. There won’t be a lite version. You can sort of make your own if you’re embedding (properly embedding, I should point out, as people tend to do it wrong). If done properly, the template libraries may be safely removed, leaving only the framework portion. That said, going the embed route means having to stay current on updates (easily done via composer).
I wish I had better answers for you. Good luck.
