Will someone please help me with this issue! I have over 9 updates needed and I cannot do any of them until I know my site has been backed up.

Is the online backup still “down” and if so, how much longer can we expect it to be down. I too am waiting to do the 4.0 update along with other plugins and cannot do so until I get a backup completed.
