    Poor timing for an outage given the WordPress 4.0 upgrade. Any ETA for a resolution?

    what does “the service will be back online in the near future” mean?

    Is the online backup still “down” and if so, how much longer can we expect it to be down. I too am waiting to do the 4.0 update along with other plugins and cannot do so until I get a backup completed.
