I used Health Check (thanks for the recommendation) and neither the themes or the plugin are the culprit.
Deactivating the WP Super Cache plugin didn’t do anything.

Thanks for finally getting back to me. Earlier today I ended up deactivating and reactivating Jetpack and the comments started to work.
Thank you so much both plugins are working now!
So I tried on my work computer and everything was working fine, I was able to get Publicize set up again. I’ll check when I get home if it resolved itself everywhere. Thanks for the suggestions!
