In reply to: [Knowledge Base documentation & wiki plugin - BasePress Docs] HeaderHi, @codesavory
Hi,
I’ve made some progress, but I still have a question.
Only one of the three screens (screen_01) came out perfectly, but on the others (screen_02 and screen_03), the image doesn’t load and there’s a gap on the right side. I haven’t been able to resolve these two issues. Could you please help me?Image 1 – https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/55530262?key=8145d75799676ef2e9f8b81ae1d42ca7

Ok,
and which file should I use to change the main pages and the article page (dynamic)?

In reply to: [Knowledge Base documentation & wiki plugin - BasePress Docs] HeaderHi, @codesavory
I’m not editing it. I copied the Modern theme and renamed it, then added it to the Astra-child theme, but I couldn’t find a way to edit the article page. As I said, within this Astra-child theme, I added the two files, as described in the doc: Header and Footer.

In reply to: [Echo Knowledge Base - Documentation, FAQs, Chat & Smart Search] HeaderHi, @echowpsupport
Ok, I’ve created a support ticket. Thanks.
Based on all the information above, I decided not to use Elementor. I chose the Single Doc Page template, but I still got the same error.
I created another main page, without using Elementor, without anything, without a block, and I chose the default BetterDocs template, nothing appeared.
I added only Gutemberg blocks, the main page works OK. I tried to simply choose the Single Doc Page template in the settings, without creating a page or anything like that, but the error still appears.
I can’t understand why the errors are happening. I tried to deactivate the plugins one by one to check for conflicts, but it didn’t work.
I use the Astra theme.
I really like your plugin, but I can’t get it to work. I appreciate your help, but I think I’m going to give up.
Hi, @iapial
Ok. Without working with Elements, WordPress’ native editor mode, how can I create or customize the Single Doc Page? How can I configure it? There is a BetterDocs widget with templates, but I try to use it on a page, but it seems that it only works as an option to change the template, color, etc.
I have an image at the top of the page that is standard on the site, which can be used as HTML. Even the Single Doc Page part covers the main menu.

Hi, @iapial
I also use the plugins: Templately and Ultimate Addons for Elementor Lite. I suggest that in the next versions you can create an Elementor option.
I chose to create the Single Doc Page without Elementor through the BetterDocs item in the Customization section of the website..
My question is how to create this page? How to configure it with the plugin’s configuration panel? I only found the configuration for the main page. What is the name of the Single Doc Page to be given to this dynamic page?
Hi, @iapial end @sadmansakibnadvi
I managed to create the main page within Elementor, and it worked, but the individual page with the docs still doesn’t work. Is there any way to develop the page with Elementor?
I used the plugins: Pro Elements and Essential Addons for Elementor.
What widgets are used in the Single Doc Page layout?
Hi, @iapial and @sadmansakibnadvi
Thanks for the explanation. I chose to use another plugin, since this plugin is linked to Elementor PRO. Here’s a tip: Try to use free Elementor to develop and customize the page of this plugin.
Thanks

In reply to: [JS Help Desk – AI-Powered Support & Ticketing System] PageHi, @ahmadjshd
I did exactly this. I created the “Support” page and placed the shortcode in [jssupportticket], inside the widget in Elementor. I configured the default “Support” page in the configuration and still got the same error.
I use the Astra theme
Could the error be because I’m editing in Elementor? I have the theme formatting with a main menu, using an image in the background.

This link https://cctur.net.br/suporte/ is the panel, it works without problem. When you click on “Send Ticket” (add-ticket), it shows an existing page, as well as all the links. The error occurs when you click on any link on this page.
Hi, @iapial
Ok.
I only have 4 widgets. I believe I can create the doc page with the PRO version.
I’ve tried creating the pages with Elementor, but I don’t have it. As I said, I don’t have the widgets and without them it’s not possible to create the Doc page.
Can you help me, how to solve this problem?

Thanks
The image is not in the background of the Shortcode, the image is in the main menu, see the example: https://cctur.net.br/instrutor and what is going wrong, see the link https://cctur.net.br/doc/criar-cursos/

In reply to: [Astra] Error in the headerHi, @bsfaradhy
Below are the 4 screenshots with error markings.
The image image_ok.png is the default for the entire site. https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/54290687?key=ae5e6dd2d241468f3d54ed2034a5c844
image_error.png – Shows error on the sides. I don’t want left and right margins. https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/54290686?key=a657b4d495aca6570bcd4d69b4154322
image_error_1.png – Without any configuration, the panel is at the top with no space for the image and above the menu. https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/54290685?key=5956888d696691cc523d369a4a4fa7ec
image_error_2.png the menu disappears, the background image doesn’t appear and there are margins on the sides. https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/54290684?key=e65e604f97f422129b499a2928296685
I shared the images, see the links
As you can see, I couldn’t make the header appear complete on the WooCommerce pages, as shown in the image image_ok.png for the entire site.
How can I solve this?
