    Hi @nagpai

    The problem only occurs for variable products.

    The facebook fields are all filled. I have products older than the latest updates that are synced without a problem. The filling is identical to the previous ones and all fields filled out.

    I tried create a new product and the problem occurs yet. 🙁

    Hi guys, sorry I’m late. I needed to travel and had no computer access.

    Unfortunately, my problem is still present 🙁
    today i updated plugins, woocommerce and wocommerce for facebook and failed to sync variable products. Products do not receive Facebook ID for variable products (as below).

    I’ve considered reinstalling the plugins and getting started, but I’ve had a lot of trouble syncing the store to Instagram and I’m not willing to risk losing everything that’s working.

    if I don’t find another alternative, I will live with the problem and register only simple products. It may affect my customers’ browsing in the store, but at least what was difficult to make work will remain in operation.`

    Hi @adamkheckler

    You understood correctly. The main product get a ID and the variable product don’t get it.
    I tried to reset products and the result is same. the products don’t show in my catalog nor in my facebook store.

    Hi guys, i hope you are good…
    the problem was solved for you? I instaled the last plugin update, it change my API_VERSION to 11.0 but i still have problem to synchronize the products with facebook 🙁

    I tried redefined my facebook metadata and its did’t worked.. 🙁

    Hi @ilariasomma,
    i access the panel to open my request, but when i send the request show an error that my website don’t have woocommerce (but have…rsrs)

    An idea what i’m doing wrong?

    Hi guys, i hope you are good.

    i’m having this same problem and the recomendation that i found here didn’t work.
    Someone have other instruction to solve this problem? It happen with variation product. He get the main ID but the variation is null.
    Real example:
