The broken code at the top and bottom of the page indicates that your version of PHP does not support the short_open_tag, ie: <?= instead of <?php echo. I suspect the customer select issue is related to this.
The fix would be to enable short_open_tag or wait for the next version of WooCommerce POS.

The attributes display is a known bug in the current version of the plugin. A fix for this is coming in the next version – 0.4.re: tabs
Tabs cannot be removed entirely unless you alter the source code. Future versions will allow you to customise the products tabs. This is currently scheduled for version 0.5.Forum: Plugins

No, you will need to process the sale if you want the stock to be reduced.Please note that the current version of WooCommerce POS is 0.3.5.
WooCommerce POS has been tested on WP 4.1.1 and WC 2.3.5 – the demo site is currently running those versions.

You will need the login details for your server. If you do not have login details you should contact the person who created your site.
You don’t need to buy two licenses, you can use the Pro plugin on your development server and then reactivate your domain when you are ready to go live.

You will need to FTP to the website and either rename woocommerce-pos or delete the folder.
That error means WooCommerce is not activated … WooCommerce POS requires WooCommerce to run!

“Call to undefined function WC()” means that WooCommerce is not installed. Please install and activate WooCommerce before activating WooCommerce POS.

I have searched through my email and can not see anything from you .. perhaps it is getting lost. I also can’t help you based on that link, all I see is the login screen. Perhaps you could describe the problem or contact me via support@woopos.com.au with a temporary login so I can take a look.
Please note that WooCommerce POS will not work on Safari < 8 so you will need to make sure you are on iOS8 if you plan to use the POS.
