    Hello< i’m having this error as soon as I enable the plugin.
    Wordpress version: 4.0
    plugin version: 0.3.4

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function WC() in /home/deesign/webapps/lantaubasecamp/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-pos/admin/class-pos-admin.php on line 305

    Any help please?

    That error means WooCommerce is not activated … WooCommerce POS requires WooCommerce to run!

    ok, sorry. I thought I installed woocommerce.

    Hello,
    I tried to install the plugin and now I can’t access my dashboard. I get a blank page with this error message: Fatal error: Call to undefined function WC() in /nfs/c05/h01/mnt/160560/domains/oakandlily.ca/html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-pos/admin/class-pos-admin.php on line 305
    I have no idea what to do. Please advise. Thank you!

    That error means WooCommerce is not activated … WooCommerce POS requires WooCommerce to run!

    Thank you. I do have woocommerce installed, I’m in the set up stage and haven’t put it “live” on our site yet, but I thought it was activated since I’ve been working with it. Can you tell me, how do I get rid of the error message and regain access to the dashboard? Your help is much appreciated!

    You will need to FTP to the website and either rename woocommerce-pos or delete the folder.

    You will need the login details for your server. If you do not have login details you should contact the person who created your site.

    I installed WooCommerce and activated
    when i activated it the page show this error

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function pos_admin_page() in /wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-point-of-sale-pos/woocommerce-point-of-sale.php on line 529

    and the line 529 of woocommerce-point-of-sale.php file is following

    if(pos_admin_page()){

    Please guide me what I have to do…….

    woocommerce-point-of-sale.php is not part of this plugin. I believe you may have the Code Canyon plugin installed, please direct your support questions to them.
