To clarify, as for the comments, I understand how different colors can be made to alternate, but I’m not sure how to do it with different table structures. When I used to use movable type I was able to get the colors to alternate, but the avatars and bubbles would all be the same way, not right/left as on the above page.
As for the avatars, I’m aware of gravatars, but I would like to use my own images only.
