Regarding the query, I am afraid that currently, it is not possible from our plugin to define a fixed fee in a certain currency for the payment methods.

I have tried to replicate you issue on our staging site but I am unable to replicate it. To me, the PayPal fee is added only once on the checkout page. Here is the screenshot for your reference: https://prnt.sc/s367q.
So, to troubleshoot the issue can you please inform us where you are facing this issue for only one product or for all the products? Also, it would be great if you can try deactivating all the other plugins except for the WooCommerce and the Payment Gateway Based Fees and Discounts and check whether the issue still exists or not.

Regarding the query, can you please inform us whether you are referring to My Account > Orders > Pay button for changing the payment gateway? Also, please tell us whether the fee is not charged even if you select the COD payment gateway where the fee is set.

Regarding the query, our plugin does not change the order id of the order. So, you can get the order with the Woocommerce functions.

It’s strange. The currency symbol should not get changed.
Regarding the query, I have tried to replicate the issue on our staging site but I am unable to replicate it. To me, the currency symbol does not get changed on the product page.
However, to troubleshoot the issue, can you please try deactivating all the other plugins except for the WooCommerce and the Currency Per Product plugin and check whether it solves the issue or not.

Can you please inform us where are you adding this function alg_display_product_input_fields? Ideally, this function needs to be added within the Add to Cart form so values of the form get submitted when Add to Cart button is clicked.
