The charge isn’t appear

    When a customer isgoing to pay with card and the transaction isn’t succesful, one button give the ability to choose again the payment way that he wants. If he choose COD there, there isn’t showing any extra charge.
    I have set the COD to be charging with 3,00€. So something isn’t working properly

    Hi @giokoukou,

    Regarding the query, can you please inform us whether you are referring to My Account > Orders > Pay button for changing the payment gateway? Also, please tell us whether the fee is not charged even if you select the COD payment gateway where the fee is set.
