I have installed this per instructions, but when I go to subscribe an email from the main page, all I get is a white page with, “} } ?>”

Yep, isn’t that just the way it works.
As soon as I posted, I tripped over that. I had just installed it so I assumed I had the newest and greatest already.
I have tried the instructions. I am technically savvy, however I do not have a “Presentation” option in my adminstration console.
Why is it missing? I only have:
