When you edit/create a page you should see a Template dropdown menu on the right under Page attribute, which allows you to choose Full width template for that page.
Unfortunately you cannot do that with a post. Maybe you could find another way around, altering the code for example.The author says it’s compatible up to 3.0.1. But I suppose this bug is not completely fixed.
Another problem found, it conflicts with the new menu system of WP. If the plugin is activated, I can’t drag and drop menus, and the boxes Custom Links & Categories (under Menus) won’t drop down.
