I just saw this message on my dashboard:
MAIL DELIVERY ERROR: the plugin WP Mail SMTP v2.5.1 logged this error during the last time it tried to send an email:
Mailer: Other SMTP
SMTP Error: data not accepted.

I followed your advice and configured an SMTP plugin. I used WP Mail SMTP. The problem seemed to be solved as I messaged myself, using the email account connected with my WordPress account, and it came through to my email. However, I then tried messaging myself from a different email and it didn’t work. I tried a few times. Have you any ideas why it might still not be quite working right?

Thanks for this. I had already clicked on the “show subcategories” in the customizer but that hadn’t worked. I have just tried experimenting with widgets and also adding the shortcode suggested on your link. With the widgets I managed to get subcategories to show up in the side bar, but I would like them to be in the main thumbnails on the shop page. Might I have a theme that isn’t compatible or something? It is Signify Dark.

In reply to: CSS Help RequestedHi both. Ah ok. Thank you. No, I haven’t launched yet. The theme is ‘Signify Dark, however, I will leave it for the time being and check back in once I launch as I don’t have a premium theme. Thank you very much anyway. 🙂

However, I have added parent categories and sub-categories within the parent categories and only the parent categories show up on my shop page. When I click on a parent category it opens and only reveals the products – it doesn’t reveal the sub categories (which I have put products into). Do you have any idea how I sort that out? Thanks.
