    Can you please log in to your Events Manager on Facebook here. You may need to select the Business Manager first.

    You mean this fix?:
    “How to fix the issue

    You’ll need to use the solution below to fix the issue.
    Once you’ve fixed the issue in your website code you can mark it as resolved. This will move it to the Previously Detected section. If the issue is found again after 3 days it will move back to the Active section.
    To prevent this, add deduplication keys to AddToCart events received by both your pixel and the Conversions API.
    To add deduplication keys for pixel events, edit your website’s source code. For the Conversions API, go to the Graph API Explorer or your server terminal.”

    No, I’m not a developer. Don’t know how edit website’s source code. But I can follow detailed instructions to do so.

    If not, can you please do the following:

    Check that your Pixel is connected correctly. Facebook has a browser tool called Pixel Helper you can use, which lets you see all of the events etc which are taking place on a site.
    Check for related to browser extensions blocking user agent and IP address (e.g., Ad-blockers)
