Actually I finally found out the solution which should be fine. I have compared 3.0.4 default WP theme with the newest one, and then looked into files of custom theme and updated it. This custom theme has only 7 or 8 html files, it is not the whole theme, so it was pretty easy. Thanks anyway 🙂
