Both times I’ve needed WooCommerce support (after purchasing $300 in commercial extensions) has been a lengthy and disappointing experience. First time it took two weeks to get a response to my support ticket. This time, we are at 9 days and counting.
Post support ticket May 1, finally has a response May 5; it is now May 9 and we have received absolutely no support.
I hope you have better luck with WooCommerce support. I’m shocked, dismayed and disappointed with their support.

I too very much enjoy this plugin! But when updating to WP 3.9 and latest plugin version, my images simply don’t display.
On my home, under Happy Clients, I used to have this awesome kiwi logo carousel.

Hi there, thought I posted again and see now my comment was posted. I deactivated NextGEN Gallery Optimizer and the LightBox effect returned. But if I activate NextGEN Gallery Optimizer, then I lose the LightBox effect. So for the meantime, I’ve simply deactivated NextGEN Gallery Optimizer.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Do they offer any support?that is funny, Travis 🙂 — Ryan, I actually sent an email to WooCommerce with ticket number inquiring why I hadn’t received any response to my ticket after 4 days. Did get a quick response from someone that apologized and said she would make sure someone provided support. After another day and a half, I did get some help. But total wait time was 5 1/2 days. I’m sure that is not normal wait time for WooCommerce support.

In reply to: [Pressgram] Any ideasI didn’t use this plugin to remove the Pressgram category. I’m using the Genesis framework so was able to remove Pressgram category in Genesis settings. The plugin is only to keep the new Pressgram category from showing on your archive / main blog page.
One thing I did figure out though — for each picture you take in Pressgram, you must push the slider button under Publish to (your blog) to activate. I took a few pics initially and walked through the steps to publish and it didn’t publish. It’s because for each picture, you have to select to publish by sliding the button to the right.
Hope that makes sense. Make sure you do this for each picture or it won’t publish to your blog.

any other ideas; it just doesn’t compute to me, as its the same theme with the same settings; only difference is one is running WP2.84 and the the other that doesn’t show is runningWP2.9

Just installed on wp2.8.3 site and all I’m getting is an index of my images — what am I missing? No gallery, not even my site pages, just a Apache page listing the images.

I forgot to do this – Log in to WordPress and create a page named “Blog” with Template “blog”.
