Thanks, Eric, I had a feeling I was overlooking something really simple!
Great, Eric, thanks for confirming I have the correct file structure.
Could you also confirm relevant files, as I’ve edited a number of files and have only managed to change Donate in one place — the popup donation window.
These are the files I edited:

/wp-content/themes/mytheme/charitable/campaigns/donate-modal.php

/wp-content/themes/mytheme/charitable/donation-form/form-donation.php

I think I’ve edited the correct files, however, I’m only seeing one chnage.
I thought perhaps this was a cache issue but since I am seeing the one change in the popup window, perhaps I need to edit different / additional files?

Okay, I realize my real question is this:
when I added edited template files to our theme folder, we do not need to include the templates folder.
So I create a new folder in my child theme called charitable and then directly below that add relevant folders / files.
So:
/wp-content/themes/mytheme/charitable/campaigns/donate-button.php
and
/wp-content/themes/mytheme/charitable/donation-form/form-donation.php

The username is not 1930 in the database. It is Yael.
We’ve used TML on this site for years; this just started happening with the recent updates.
I’m going to give up on this for now.

I cloned site to staging area and reactivated TML. The issue still remains; in the reset password email, it includes user ID rather than username. If I remove the user Id in the link and add username, the password reset works as it should.
I only have Themed Profiles activated.
Do you have any idea as to why the reset password link is including user ID rather than username?

No, I was not using the Custom Email module. I had to deactivate TML for now, as this is a large membership site with folks always needing to reset their password!
I need to clone site to staging to further explore the issues.

However, I did not save the files.
Jeff, can you clarify — having SiteGround disable caching for TML pages will correct the problem I’m having with the url including user ID rather than username?

Where is 1930 coming from/ When I change that in the link to my actual username, then the password reset works, however, the default link does not include my username but 1930.
Oh, gosh, I just need to get this working again and am at a loss.
Any help would be appreciated.

I have updated TML 6.4.2 and the issue persists. Users cannot reset password. It simply reloads the same “Please enter your username or email address. You will receive a link to create a new password via email.”
I have deactivated Super Cache on SiteGround and still no way to members to reset password.
Will this be corrected in the near future?
