I’m just wondering what might cause the plugin not to create the wp_upicrm_leads_route table when I activate it. The only tables I have are:
wp_upicrm_fields
wp_upicrm_fields_mapping
wp_upicrm_leads
wp_upicrm_leads_campaign
wp_upicrm_leads_status
wp_upicrm_mailsAny idea why it didn’t generate the wp_upicrm_leads_route table?
Thanks!
Update:
I changed our hosting account. Then I deactivated & deleted the plugin. I checked the database and the UPICRM tables were still there. I dropped them manually. Then I reinstalled and reactivated the plugin. We still got an error:
WordPress database error Table ‘wp_**redacted**.wp_upicrm_fields’ doesn’t exist for query SELECT * FROM wp_upicrm_fields /* From [**redacted**.wpengine.com/wp-admin/plugins.php?_wpnonce=6084035ec6&action=activate&plugin=upi-crm-universal-crm-solution%2Fupicrm.php] in [/nas/content/live/**redacted**/wp-content/plugins/upi-crm-universal-crm-solution/classes/upicrm_fields.php:30] */ made by activate_plugin, include_once(‘/plugins/upi-crm-universal-crm-solution/upicrm.php’), UpiCRMFields->get_as_array, referer: https://**redacted**.wpengine.com/wp-admin/plugin-install.php?s=upicrm&tab=search&type=term
Upon checking the database, I notice some tables such as the lead routing table are still missing even after re-installing the plugin. I went ahead and tried to add a lead routing rule. This is the 3 errors we got:

Should I add the tables manually?
Thanks for getting back to me! We seemed to determine it may be a problem with our hosting, not sure yet.
Part of the problem is when I add a rule to the auto lead routing section, it says it added it but nothing appears when the page reloads. Upon investigating in the database, the lead routing table didn’t exist. When I compared that database to a working installation of the UPICRM, more than half the tables were missing. It’s like they didn’t get generated.
When I tried it on another fresh WordPress installation, it did exactly the same thing. Half the tables we are used to seeing were not there after activating the plugin for the first time, including the lead routing table (in the database I mean). When I would add a rule to the auto lead routing section, it would say it added it but nothing would appear in the form below and there would be an error in the log saying the lead routing table didn’t exist. It’s very strange!
Any thoughts would be great!
I decided to try installing UPICRM on a another fresh install. We got several errors when we activated it. Here is an example of one of them:
WordPress database error You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ‘; /* From [**redacted**/wp-admin/plugins.php?activate=true&plugin’ at line 1 for query ALTER TABLE

We are using WP-Engine for our hosting
Sorry for the delay!
No I didn’t follow those instructions because I wasn’t sure it applied?
Basically we cloned our site to new domain and we are changing the theme. While we are working on the cloned new site, the old site is still collecting leads. We need to transfer the new leads we’ve collected on the old site to the new site after we have finished our changes before we go live. I thought by clicking export on the old site and then importing the exported file on the new site would do the trick. Well sadly we just have a bunch of duplicate leads now I think?
So now I’m thinking perhaps just using phpmyadmin and exporting the wp_upicrm_leads table on the old site and then replacing the entire table on the new site with the one exported from the old one might be the best solution. Any thoughts?
Thanks!

HI Uri,
I wanted to let you know I’ve submitted a support ticket at your website. I hadn’t heard back though so I thought I would mention it to you and see if maybe it didn’t go through? I started to open a paid support ticket but I didn’t want to waste anyone’s time if it wasn’t possible so I opened a free support ticket first.
Just wondering if perhaps I need to resubmit the ticket?
Thanks a lot!
~Jakob
Thanks for your reply Uri!
Yes, I would like to pursue this as I have time as I have a client who is requesting this as they are currently doing it by hand. How would you like me to contact you on your site?
Thanks!
Jakob
Ok thanks Uri!
Hi Uri! Thanks for the reply! I tried that several times yesterday and for some reason the sub-manager was not receiving notifications when the sales rep under him (in the hierarchy) got a new lead from the website (Caldera) form. I did make sure the notifications were on. I’ll try this again soon and see if maybe I made a mistake somewhere. Thanks again for getting back with me!
~Jakob
Thanks! It seems to be working well. I do have another problem but i will start a new thread. Thanks for the support!
