The conditional tag option work with the currencies bar now. There is no option for this to work with widget now.

Sorry it is not possible. Display price with or without tax. It is a settings of WooCommerce. We can not do anything but convert prices.

The option to display only TL on front-end is not available with the free version.
There is no option to display price like a note as you want now.The premium will work in this case. The free version will work with the default WC templates only.
