If you login with the admin account, the currency will be the default currency. To check the detect currency option, please check with a private browser.

@dimple668 Sorry it is not possible to set each product price in a different currency, like product A USD 330, product B CAD 330. Prices will able in all currencies.

You have some custom fields plugin and the plugin is not working with WooCommerce Multi Currency. The currency plugin can not change that custom field value.
Hmm sorry we are not able to check and help you in this case then.
It seems to be a conflict with other plugins. It usually is sales/discount plugin. Try to deactivate other plugins, and keep only WooCommerce + Woo Multi Currency activated and check again.
