Everytime a customer wants to pay with credit card on my website they get this message:An error occurred, please try again or try an alternate form of payment.
May I know what is happening?

I did all the above steps but it doesn’t work
Hey there! To better understand what’s happening, I’d like to take a look at your site’s logs. First, check to make sure that logs are enabled via the payment plugin settings page. To find the generated logs: 1. Go to WooCommerce > Status > Logs 2. In the top right corner, open the drop-down and select the Square Payments log that you need, then click view to load it.
