This border seems to be coming from the cover block background media. When your clear the media the background border goes as shown here : https://share.getcloudapp.com/llu7PLyK
You’ll need to clear media to remove the border as it is coming from a cover block background image that seem not to be loading.

Thanks for writing back.
“Note: It is required to enter an email ID to receive the data submitted via Form. Else you will not receive any data.”
What this means is that you need to enter an email address in the action field so that you can receive the form data sent to that email. If you leave it as blank then you wont receive any data sent from the form.
