I am using WP 3.1 and was having the same problems.
My Fix: Change the from address to an email on your host.
Update is posted, you should be good to go!
jimluke, this is an error with the way the database is being queried. I used raw sql which works well for everything but multi-site. I’m hoping to get this restructured and released within the next week or two.
