Thanks a lot for your support! It was indeed a caching plugin (LiteSpeed Cache). I disabled it, disabled the “Hide on My Account if zero balance” option, flushed the permalinks and enabled both the plugin and the option again. It started working. I can access the page now!

I think the issue is that “Total available to Refund” is showing up as 0. Possibly because Store Credit is showing up as a voucher so the amount using store credit is not available for refund. Do I need to change the setting somewhere that I might be missing?

I tried this. But, it still didn’t work. I tried deactivating and reactivating the plugin as well (that works sometimes in my experience!). But I am still getting Page Not Found.
I am using Version 4.7.0.
Hello @karlaviado , I have the same issue. Every time I try to refund store credits that were used in the purchase, I get “Invalid Refund amount” error. The user is registered on website. Could you please help? Thanks!
