Refunds to Store Credit are only available for customers who have an account on your website. Could you please confirm whether the order you’re trying to refund was placed by a registered customer and not a guest user?

Can I make a suggestion? Perhaps adding functionality to convert guest into use from the order page may be a good idea.

Hello @karlaviado , I have the same issue. Every time I try to refund store credits that were used in the purchase, I get “Invalid Refund amount” error. The user is registered on website. Could you please help? Thanks!

Can you please share a screenshot of the order that you’re trying to refund to store credit?
I think the issue is that “Total available to Refund” is showing up as 0. Possibly because Store Credit is showing up as a voucher so the amount using store credit is not available for refund. Do I need to change the setting somewhere that I might be missing?
