It has some better ubermenu features and is a better starting point for getting css setup with this.

This is all fixed, and the code has been cleaned up. As well, there’s now a pro version of this (https://wpovernight.com/downloads/silent-salesman-pro/), so look for even more improvements in the future.

We currently don’t have the ability to do that, although that is something that we may look into in the future. However, that would probably be a ‘pro’ feature. The pro version does currently have a shortcode that would allow you to place the the cart in any widget or theme area, and I think that’s about the best we can do for you right now. Thanks for asking!
Thanks for the suggestion! I’ll see if I can push this out in the next week or so. The plugin is definitely due for an update as it’s been quite awhile…
