In reply to: [Collapse-O-Matic] script not loading on posts page / home.php?Hello, I am sorry if this was presumptuous but I’ve sent the link to info@twinpictures.de. I needed to share privately.
I really appreciate your help.
I could not find any relevant error when enabling a debug log (or at least I don’t think I did).
Hello, thank you for the reply.
I’m not sure what you meant that “I” have set shipping regions for countries not allowed in Google.
This is the only setting relating to shipping that I have configured in my feed: https://cloudup.com/c3QKigQ4uu9
This is just taking from the WC shipping settings automatically, right? Your plugin does this, correct?
Just to make sure I double checked to see if I had set up anything specific to pull the CA region in merchant center, and I don’t see anything there that I did particularly.
So then, wouldn’t that error appear for anyone in the countries that are not US, Australia and Japan?
Is there not a way to fix that based on the way your plugin ‘pulls’ the shipping info in WC?
I’m also now getting this error on three of my products https://cloudup.com/csSVFZCi1gw –> these three meet the free shipping threshold for BC only, according to our shipping settings in WC.
And other errors: https://cloudup.com/cptdVbM4pd1

Can you please let me know if you’re making targeted changes relating to this thread? I feel like I’m being asked to update and check again, ‘just in case,’ every time I get a reply. Is there an actual concerted effort happening to solve this? Or this just throwing stuff out there and hoping that if I keep re-doing these steps, eventually it will work? E.g. when I am asked to update, is that because you are sure you’ve made a change to address the core issue we’re having in this particular thread?
Sorry, I understand this is a free plugin and I GREATLY appreciate your help and responsiveness for a fantastic free plugin, which I would definitely recommend based on the rest of its functionality (not for multi-country feeds right now though). But I feel like the responses are asking me to repeat the same steps over and over without a solution, and without an indication that the information I’m proving is being used or looked at.
Thank you.

In reply to: [Max Mega Menu] AMP compatibility?sorry for the slow response. I have yet to do more testing on this to see how it can work. The problem with just turning it off is that it turns off on desktop view also, which then ‘ruins’ the design and ability of the mega menu when the user is not on mobile. This is because the AMP plugin doesn’t discriminate its ‘turn on’ functionality based on screen size or device. It just works, or it doesn’t, all based on the same theme and site (unless using the old reader mode). So just disabling the Mega Menu to get AMP to work is not ideal either. It would mean finding a way to only turn it off on mobile devices or smaller screen sizes, and that’s the part that gets tricky.
If you have any other suggestions it would be so greatly appreciated. If I find another solution I’ll also post here.
Hello, are my messages being lost again?

In reply to: [Atomic Blocks - Gutenberg Blocks Collection] Load resources on every page?@lukecarbis THANK YOU so much. Love to know when I’m not the only ‘crazy’ one in the room obsessed about site load time 🙂
How will we hear about an update? Should I close this thread? Or wait till it’s done to solve it?Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Max Mega Menu] AMP compatibility?Or, is there a way to ‘tell’ this plugin not to be ‘on’ if the site is in AMP mode?
E.g. if all other elements on the page are AMP compatible, except the menu, maybe we can switch back to the native Genesis option only for AMP pages? Since Genesis is AMP-compatible and has options for switching their ‘traditional’ responsive menu on AMP.I’m just thinking out loud here. In writing 🙂
I have to admit this is not something I’d be able to code easily myself. Any help with a code snippet or something like that would be so so much appreciated. That is, if you think this may be a workable idea?
Or if you think this plugin can be AMP compatible, and is, please let me know.

In reply to: [Osom Author Pro] Enable author archives like category archives?Thank you. Do you do this kind of work? Can I get a quote on it from you?
Am I allowed to ask that on these forums? I’m not sure. Sorry if it breaks the rules.

In reply to: [Atomic Blocks - Gutenberg Blocks Collection] Load resources on every page?Thank you so much. I would love to know if this is going to make it in the ‘to do list’ and when it can be implemented. This is a major reason why I would not use a plugin. For me personally.

In reply to: [Max Mega Menu] AMP compatibility?Hello Tom,
I tested this in all modes, and it doesn’t work. Transitional mode will ‘revoke’ a page with any elements on it that are not AMP compatible. So this is where plugins need to be AMP ready. Do you know if this plugin complies with AMP, or has an “AMP mode” of some sort? The problem with external solutions is that I’d have to ether use reader mode, or install a new plugin, and load a new resource, and then re-do our menu design. We use the MMM plugin because we have so many menu items. So re-doing this and then maintaining two menu plugins would be quite a hassle.
I’m hoping for way to make this more seamless, which is why I’m hoping this plugin could be AMP compatible from the get-go. It would avoid a lot of re-design and coding.

In reply to: [Osom Author Pro] Enable author archives like category archives?Does anyone know if this solution would work? https://wpperform.com/genesis-blog-page-template/#wpp_easteregg
I have sent this via email to the same address noted above
No.
When a single item meets the free shipping threshold (over $200 or $500 for us):
- it’s still missing the USA rates altogether https://cloudup.com/c5QaMLaRk8W
- now it’s giving an error about both CA and US rates https://cloudup.com/cUy-abDZFhR
When a single item does not meet the free shipping shipping threshold:
- it’s still disapproved in the US https://cloudup.com/cOuz_5pHX_1 and https://cloudup.com/cgL6ZxupKXm
- it seems like US is missing a region? https://cloudup.com/cd_0jgQbKnj
BC RATES:

BC flat rate settings https://cloudup.com/cZwdIW8yr9u

Don’t think you need this but within BC rates there is local pickup https://cloudup.com/cMTPQMrpqN5 (new setting not in former screenshots)
OUTSIDE BC RATES:
NEW Outside BC shipping settings overview screen: https://cloudup.com/cKpl322f3R3 (now shows free shipping option)

Will send the debug log via email to support@adtribes.io
Thank you very much
I checked a product we have that qualifies for free shipping under certain conditions. This is what it produces: https://cloudup.com/crEcb3XRuT1
All the other shipping options, which would apply depending on WHERE the product is being shipped, don’t show up at all. That’s not right. However, if a single product does not meet minimum requirements for free shipping on its own, it does not show any of the free shipping options.
Also, we still get the error that the USA shipping is not included in merchant center. It shows the label that we inputted as being USA shipping. But it does not ‘register’ in the Merchant Center. Did you see the screenshot? I think country code info is missing. It does not ‘take’ from WooCommerce I think.
