AutoCron also works for free. It is a service we run to help make sure your emails get sent. If you have PRO it runs a little faster but it will and does work with Free. IF\f you want to provide your domain i can check autocron on our side and make sure it is running for you.
You just need to go to SendPress > Settings > Sending and turn it on.

This should have been resolved with the 1.2.8.28 release. Are you still having the issue after the upgrade?

That looks like everything. People had issue’s with us removing lists on delete so we are working on a new uninstall process. Sorry that you have to manually remove everything for now. If you run into any issue just let us know.

I looked at your page and it looks like the form tag does not wrap the signup form. So the submit button does not work. You should just need to move the </form> close tag to include the email, name and submit button.

It sounds like the CSV is bigger then the max file upload size you have set for WordPress.
The fastest fix is to try breaking the list into smaller chunks and import one chunk at a time.Best,
