Can no longer sync lists after update

Hi – I have been using the sync list feature of your plugin, but after updating to the latest release 1.2.7.27 on WordPress 4.2.3 after syncing lists all subscribers are removed from the list and replaced with 1 user who isn’t even in the selected user role.

I have tried deleting all the lists and recreating them but I still get the same issue.

Any reported issues with this after updating?
