Has this been replicated and verified yet?
I re-installed the old version, and it also doesnt work anymore either, so I would suspect it may be a new interaction with the latest version of WP I installed.
(Im a developer, so thats my hunch)

Just wanted to let you know that we finally tracked down the issue and will have it fixed in the next release. It took a bit longer then expected to figure out why the email was not being created.

5 months later… im on version Version 1.6.1.20 and still having the same issue now.
Sending the test email works fine.
Again, I have notifications for sendpress set to INSTANT.

Got the notification of the update.
Installed the new plugin.
Tested it.

(Glad my bug report wasnt a fake. I know how easy it is for some weird side effect from another plugin to cause issues like this)
