it could be a permissions issue it sounds like SendPress can’t copy the upload CSV file to your wp-content folder. If you want to email your list to help@sendpress.com i will test it but based on that error message i think it can’t save the file to disk.

This is a issue with smtp and gmail. I can recreate it on our test server as well. We are looking into getting it fixed. How many emails do you have to send out?

In reply to: [SendPress Newsletters] Problems sending using GmailWith Gmail you have to also make sure the from email is set to your gmail address on the settings page. If you still have trouble you can use Postman SMTP to setup gmail sending via their api instead of smtp. https://wordpress.org/plugins/postman-smtp/
Then you just set SendPress to send via your website.

You can read some about Autocron here http://docs.sendpress.com/article/65-what-is-autocron it is our service to check your site to help send emails. With how many you have you may want to setup your own cron on your server and the directions for that are at the bottom of the autocron page.

No users should be able to unsubscribe from any listHowever, it makes the list “public” rather than “private”. What does that mean exactly?
This means the list shows in Widgets and from controls as an option for people to subscribe to. It in no way shows your contacts info publicly.If you are having issues with unsubscribe to a list. Can you provide me how you have them setup and i will test it on our servers.

Subscribers Tabyou can then go toAll Subscribersat the bottom of this screen is an option to delete all subscribers. This will remove everyone and their info from your lists. You can then re import all you subscribers as needed.Best
