I don’t use public subscribers. Alle subscribers are member of a club.
I use the tag *|LNAME|* to add other information like yearly contribution to pay, or membershipnumber. The problem is that the first filled in information of *|LNAME|* will be held in memory (logic of course because a lastname does not change). So I removed the whole list of subscribers and import the same subsriberslist with other information in *|LNAME|*. However this does not work. The first information of the subscribers *|LNAME|* appears again. So if i want to change this information i have to edit every subscriber. That is too much work.
The solution is to unsubsribe all the subscribers at once and than import the same subcriberlist with other *|LNAME|*.
My question is how to do so?
If you edit 1 subscriber you can click on “Checking this box will remove this subscriber and all related data from the system.”
So is there such a possibility for the whole list?

    Hi Bos,

If you got to the Subscribers Tab you can then go to All Subscribers at the bottom of this screen is an option to delete all subscribers. This will remove everyone and their info from your lists. You can then re import all you subscribers as needed.

Thanks very much Josh. This works! Because it is the same button as for the separate subscribers list (that does not remove all data), i did not used the same button for all subscribers.
    Thanks again.
