I have reported same issue to wp-client web portal dev team. They tried it and after checking it they said permalink manager has some issues. It doesn’t support in this case. So this is a major issue I am facing. may I get your email-Address ?

This is a link of portal page.(https://www.staging3.mithi.com/portal/portal-page/demo-page/?debug_url=1) but to access this page , the page has to assign to the client. So that user can access. This is a accessibility problem.
