Conflict in permalink and Wp-client Plugins

Hello,
I am working with wp-client and permalink manager plugins.I want to change the URL of portal page and hub page of wp-client. But it is having problem with it. If i modify the URL using permanlink manager plugin then it updates the URL but it showing 404 Page not found Error.
The Wp-client plugin also have facility to change the Page URL.Same thing is happend with the wp-client. It showing 404 page not found error when I updated URL of the page. So now i could not modify URL as per requirements. Please give me a solution as soon as possible.
