Yamseo, can you please provide details on how you fixed the issue? Currently getting this issue as well.
I’ve complete some further testing.. When I create a ticket type with no image – the ticket that gets emailed doesn’t have text on it. It’s just dots all over the ticket. If I have an image on the ticket type, that’s when I get the spinning / no confirmation page when a user places a request.
I’d just like to add that I am experiencing the exact same issue. Click on ‘confirm booking’ and the page just spins. The money is received through Stripe and and the users details is added to the event page but the user just sees a spinning page and does not receive any email confirming the booking or with a ticket. I disabled the ticket template and suddenly it’s worked but of course – no ticket in the booking email. Contacted Support yesterday but received no response as of yet. Please look into this EventPrime Support.
