With respect to the issue here, please try disabling other plugins that you have in place and check whether the issue is resolved. If so, try reactivating the plugins one by one to identify the conflicting plugin. You may additionally try to temporarily activate a default WordPress theme such as the Twenty Twenty One Theme and also check whether the conflict could be with your theme.

In regards to the query here, these PHP extensions are required for the plugin to run. They however need to be configured in your server. I would recommend that you consult your host to properly configure these PHP extensions from their end.
