With respect to your query here, I can actually see your Saturday events in Google Calendar meaning that these are yet to be removed. Could you kindly ensure that you remove the correct events and from the correct Google calendar.

- Yes that is correct.
2. The code I shared is a custom code. The code to however alter the color is present within the default-calendar-list.css file.

In this case, the plugin should still work with WordPress 6.3.x. You can actually carry out the update in a staging site first.
Unfortunately as for now I may not be in a position to provide an exact ETA as to when an update addressing this will be released.
