As the complex layout with blocks, columns, galleries, embeds, buttons, and patterns etc.. without coding, is concern, Gutenberg is the one of the block editor to do all these.
If your mainly workflow, is related to only simple text posts, then I agree the Classic Editor as in this Editor we can feel much better, faster, and easier.
