Hello,
I understand that you are experiencing a problem with your Elementor builder where changes in the background image are not reflected on your site.
Here are a few steps that we can start with to troubleshoot this issue:
- Clear Caches: Although you mentioned that you have already deactivated your caching plugin, it might still be worth it to clear any remaining caches. This includes your browser cache, server cache (if applicable), and any other caching services you may be using.
- Version Check: Please ensure you are running the latest versions of WordPress and Elementor. Outdated versions could cause compatibility issues.
- Theme Switch: Try switching to a default WordPress theme like Twenty Twenty-One to see if the problem persists. This could help identify if there’s a conflict with your current theme.
- Plugin Conflict Test: It’s great that you’ve already tried deactivating your plugins, but I would suggest reactivating them one by one and checking your site after each one. This could help identify if a specific plugin is causing the issue.
- Review Elementor’s System Info: Check this under Elementor > System Info in your WordPress dashboard. Look for any red or orange lines, as these indicate potential problems.
Please let me know if the problem persists after trying these steps or if you cannot do anything. It would also be helpful if you could provide any error messages you’ve seen or describe in more detail what happens when you try to view your changes.
Thank you for your patience and cooperation as we work through this. I’m confident we can get your Elementor builder back to normal functionality.
Best,
Hi there.
I hope this message finds you well.
I wanted to address the recent PHP warnings encountered on your WordPress site. This happens with PHP version 8 and higher and Debug mode enabled.
It’s important to note that warnings, in the context of WordPress, serve as notifications about potential issues but do not disrupt the functionality of your production site.
Our team is actively engaged in resolving this issue to ensure a seamless experience for you.
Since Elementor doesn’t officially support PHP 8+, I recommend temporarily downgrading to the stable version 7.4 to check if the issue persists. To avoid any immediate impact, you can disable WP debug mode as another temporary measure.
Add this line to their wp-config.php file to hide the warnings: https://prnt.sc/7namXXAU1evo
define('WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false)Rest assured, these warnings do not affect your site’s stability or performance.
You can track the progress and implementation of changes in our plugin updates by visiting our changelog page.
I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Thank you and have a great day!

Hello,
Changing the data is possible with Elementor. You don’t need a third-party plugin if you need to have specific data for each version.

I have been reviewing the issue and was able to reproduce it on my Local Host. As you rightly mentioned, this is a bug that needs to be solved by our developers.
As a workaround, I recommend using the following custom CSS code in Hello Theme:
