Could you show us where you got the Tasty Pins plugin so we can install it and test, please?
Many thanks.
Hi,
Thanks for sending this through.
This error wont disrupt your premium features and your plugin’s registration as a PRO license. Could I ask you to ensure that you’re running the latest Shield v9.0.2 on this site and then
1) go to your Shield PRO page on your WordPress site
2) click to Check License
3) You should see in your license summary table that your WPHashes.com API Token will become active. We’re not applying any restrictions yet if the token be missing, but we’re on the lookout for any ShieldPRO sites that can’t, somehow, get a token, so we can investigate this if needed.
Thanks for reporting this and if you continue to see the notice after following the steps above, please contact us directly here.
Thanks.
Hi,
Sorry to hear about the trouble you’re having.
Could you confirm that you’re running the latest Shield v9.0.2 on this site, please?
The expiry timeout is set to 10 minutes by default. Are you using any custom comments form; using anything custom for your comments form?
Thanks.
Hi,
We’re sorry to hear about the problem you’re having.
Inconsistencies with display like this are typically caused by caching plugins/systems. Please see our blog post here:
https://www.icontrolwp.com/blog/page-caching-wordpress/
Page caching is problematic for dynamic sites. So, the first place to start debugging that is to remove page caching and see if this affects the display of the checkbox.Let us know how you get on.
Thanks.

Yep, we think it is. We’re looking into it as we speak…
We noticed that Shield’s Recaptcha is working fine when WPS Hide Login is disabled.
There’s no problem at all. Happy to help. 🙂
Are you also customizing your login page in any way?
Hi,
Sorry for the trouble you’re having.
We’re aware of the problem, and we’re looking into it…
You can use a ‘forceoff’ file to get back into your site. To do this, please follow the steps outlined in this guide here:
https://icontrolwp.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/3000000959This will act to temporarily disable the features of the plugin allowing you to get back in and change Recaptcha settings.
Once you’re in, you can disable Recaptcha completely by going to the General settings => CAPTCHA => and remove Recaptcha keys => save.
You can keep it disabled for now…
Just one more thing, please.
Do you use WPS Hide Login plugin? Also, are you customizing your login page in any way?
Many thanks.

Hi,
Thanks for your question.
Yes, that’s possible.
This error suggests that you haven’t added the domain name of your site into your reCAPTCHA dashboard for those particular set of keys. You need to specify a list of domains for each set of reCAPTCHA keys.
The error is best explained in the 2nd part of this article here:
https://icontrolwp.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/3000072659Hope this helps.
Let us know if we can be of any further help.
Thanks.
There’s no problem at all, Brandon. Happy to help.
It’s a part of the free version. You may want to read little bit about this system here:
https://icontrolwp.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/3000070571Please also note that some of the ‘Block Bad IPs/Visitors’ options are available with Pro only.
You may always install a free Shield version to see how it works.
Let us know if you have any other questions.
Thanks.

Hi Brandon,
Many thanks for your question.
We’re sorry but we don’t do IP blocking by geo/country location and we do not plan to add this.
Geo/country blocking is based on IP addresses and is not entirely accurate.
We discuss this in this blog post here:
https://www.icontrolwp.com/blog/beware-new-security-theat-wordpress-misinformation-virus/We use our automated IP manager (Automatic IP Black List system) instead. It tracks bad behavior over a set period of time and as soon as it reaches the threshold, the Shield blocks it.
Hope this helps.
Thanks.

Hi,
Sorry to hear about the trouble you’re having.
It would be great if you could provide more details about the problem. Why do you think this is caused by Shield?
Thanks.

Hi,
Thanks for your question.
We’re sorry but, currently, you can’t enforce users to use Google Authenticator, but we may add this in one of the future plugin releases.
Currently, you can only enfore them to use email-based 2FA. Please see here:
https://icontrolwp.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/3000081945Maybe you also want to review Password Policies feature:
