I have a similar issue when creating a new post grid.I even tried to go to the Pick Plugins web site and its down. I am wondering if this plugin has been abandoned.
I have been getting a similar issue. I posted earlier. I am not sure if its truly a permalink issue. I tried to re-save permalinks, but for me, its still not working.

I have the same problem here now for several days. “Copy to Document” not working. I can’t add new equations or modify existing equations. Major impact for my site and my customers.
