Clicking/Viewing ticket title generates 404 error

    Hello,
    I just installed the plugin. Everything seems to be working fine except:

    1) As a ‘user’ when I click on ticket title (My Tickets page), I get a 404 error (page cannot be found).
    2) As an ‘admin’ when I click “view” on ticket the title I also get 404 error (page cannot be found).

    I cannot figure it out. Please help.
