I finally got it to work. Thanks for your help.
Upon your suggestion to look at the RESET PASSWORD EMAIL setting, I made sure to you use the following code as the hyperlink – {{home_url}}/{{ur_login}}?action=rp&key={{key}}&login={{username}}. However, it returned the same message upon login – invalid login details. I will try to determine if there is a plugin conflict. There wasn’t before I reached out, but I will double-check.
HUH. How does the customized lost email from the plugin have anything to do with the situation. Someone:
1) clicks the “Lost Password” link
2) WordPress send the link to the email
3) Someone clicks the link
4) They change the password and clicks the submit button
5) The system confirms that the password has been changed
6) When the person then tries to login with the password they updated, it returns “invalid login details”
Are you saying something in that original email that was sent is the issue (process #2)? Seems there is something farther down the line in the process that is preventing someone from changing their passcode (like process #5).- This reply was modified 1 year, 2 months ago by jlymanglga.

Thank you for letting me know. It isn’t that big an issue. Just thought maybe there was a solution to expand/collapse unwanted/unused field groups to shorten the page length.

No worries. I found that I needed to upgrade to the “plus” level. I did so I really like the features.
