I found solution.
1. Install Loco Translate (plugin)
2. Go to Loco Translate -> Plugin -> Woocommerce
3. Edit your language
4. Search Shipping %d
5. Translate your language

I have same problem, so I need to fix it.
And I just uploaded new file to fix Syntax error with 1.2.1 on github.
Now, my wordpress plugin smooth working.
