Hi.I need help please. I have a similar but a bit different problem. I cannot access my WordPress admin login.
When I try to do Admin login from My Installs, this is what I get and I cannot access it:

An appropriate representation of the requested resource could not be found on this server. This error was generated by Mod_Security.
The site isn’t launched yet as I’m still working on it. I was working on it 9 hours ago, and it was okay. Now I cannot access it. Please give simple instructions as I am not a techie person.
