Thanks, Christine. The file was in wp-admin. I downloaded a copy of the file and then deleted it from the folder. There doesn’t seem to be any effect on my site after deleting the file. The file basically contained nothing but binary data.

Thanks. You’re correct. It turned out that the the WP Video Posts plugin (1.2) was the problem.
