In reply to: [WooCommerce] reserved_stock table creation failedThanks but not actually resolved. I have no confidence in the hosting companies that my clients use, nor can I change them. Simply referring me to people whose default position is “this is a WordPress issue” doesn’t help me, neither does explaining the technical reason for the message without telling ME how to fix this or if its something I can simply ignore.

In reply to: [BackUpWordPress] Backup will not completeI did run excludes that limited the backup to under 400MB and it did work. They have added audio files and that quickly pushed the site to over 400. Excluding content, however, is the opposite of why I back up. I can always clean install WordPress, but it’s the daily content that would be impossible to replace. Kind of defeats the purpose of BackUpWordPress.

One is how to push a button on the website and the other is your entire knowledgebase. Surely I’m not the first person with this issue. How did you resolve this for others?

In reply to: [BackUpWordPress] Backupwordpress never finishesI am having the same problem. Started when site hit 402MB in size. Ran for 8 hours with no backup. Deleted and reinstalled twice waiting for 2 hours each, still won’t complete backup.
