A developer friend of mine helped review the request/response and told me that the plugin is working just like it should.

It turns out the issue has to do with how FedEx presents “List Price.” I set “Request Type” to “List Price” and expected it to match the FedEx website rates without being logged into my account. Apparently, since the XAdapter plugin is always going to be connected to my FedEx account, there’s always some sort of account discount applied to the returned FedEx rate, even when I ask it to return “List Price.”

I still don’t know exactly how it works, but the issue is with the rates that FedEx is returning, and not that the plugin is doing anything wrong. I’ll be in touch with them to iron it out. Thank you for your help.

Unfortunately, I am not a premium customer. I only need the tool to show the customer shipping rates. I would consider purchasing the product if I knew it would work, but at this point I can’t be sure. Is there anything we can do?
